We aim to provide every UAE customer with a smooth, worry-free shopping experience. Please read our return and refund terms below:
1. Eligibility for Returns (UAE Orders Only)
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery within UAE.
- Products must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging.
- Opened perfumes, skincare, or personal-use items cannot be returned unless defective.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details. We will arrange a replacement or refund within UAE.
3. Refund Process
- Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original UAE payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Delivery charges are non-refundable, except for incorrect or damaged orders.
4. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are available for eligible UAE orders of the same or higher value (price difference to be paid by the customer).
